I had a lot of problems with my in-floor radiant system that I bought from Krell. Some of the problems were things that Krell had no control over. My biggest problem with this company was in getting accurate information on the install. Krell is very knowledgable in what they do, however I didn't feel like I always got all of the information that I needed to do the job correctly.
