Screwed Had an awful experience with Krell Distributing Co. Inc. I purchased an item for which I pre-paid the purchase price of over $1000. When the order arrived, I immediately noticed that the item was defective. I made my intent to return the product completely clear. I was told to take the item and come back when Matt Krell, of Krell Distributing, returned. I had a lot of problems with my in-floor radiant system that I bought from Krell. Some of the problems were things that Krell had no control over. My biggest problem with this company was in getting accurate information on the install. Krell is very knowledgable in what they do, however I didn't feel like I always got all of the information that I needed to do the job correctly.
