As a woman who often feels taken advantage of at franchises due to a lack of knowledge, I felt empowered by the new knowledge I gained when Katie took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I LOVE this place! When I was a naive young woman, I had been duped by an auto garage, who replaced my transmission and clutch, each 2x in less than 6 months, at my expense. Being told that's the risk one takes getting a remanuf. transmission, I decided I wasn't going to be taken advantage of again.
