Great, Caring staff Kreisers selection of product is great. They have a nice showroom with the walkers and lift chairs and customer service is wonderful. They may be smaller than other health suppliers in the area but they are a locally owned company and I think I will let the other large health care suppliers in town keep collecting revenues from their hospitals. Go Someplace Else I was so disappointed when I went into Kreisers, Inc. recently to buy a walker for my dad. Their store, which is fairly new, is cramped and displays are awful. The staff...I am not sure what I can even say here. I was helped by Cindy and she was nice but super slow. Their other customer service people sit in cubicles on the main floor and the customer service representative named Julie had a voice like a bugle and was so very rude to whomever she was talking to on the phone I was just flabergasted.
