Never ever ever would my family recommend these people- 1000000% about what they want- your money.
My Gosh- they WOULD NOT EMBOMB- not because they should but because they were having a grandchild and didn’t want to risk it- screw the customer. John is THE MOST INSENSITIVE person ever. Go elsewhere- go anywhere- just not here.

John and Kay Kreidler are exceptional at what they do. They helped my mom and I fulfill my father's final wishes by setting up a memorial service in McAllen and then helped us with the lengthy bureaucracies with the Philippine American consulate and airline companies to ship his body to his home city to be buried in the family cemetery. John was instrumental in working through every difficult situation that arose with this complex endeavor.
