I met Ames my 1st time going to Krebs Kubota in Murfreesboro. All I needed was a coupler for an attachment and he went and found me one and gave it to me. I was in the market for a zero turn, so he introduced me to one of his sales people and, I was so impressed that I ordered one right then and there. Fast forward to a year and a half later and it was time to trade in my skid steer for a new one. Bought a new zero turn. Sale was easy. Picked up from dealer and took home. Noticed oil level was low in the wheel gearboxes. Dealer sent a tech to my house just to add oil to gearboxes. Good people and great product! Carl S.
