DON'T EVER SHOP HERE. THE OWNER IS CRAZY. This store is so bad. A fat guy and crazy old lady own it and they don't care about there customers. Last time I bought jeans from there I tried them on, but didn't look in the pockets until I got them home. I found a credit card receipt and ATM receipt in the back pocket, meaning they have been warn by someone else and USED. Horrendous Customer service Horrible!!! The owner was extremely rude, I have never been treated this way in any business in Chico. I went in because the zipper of a dress we bought broke two days later after my daughter tried it on. She basically accused us of messing up the zipper because she said doesn't sell defective merchandise. I was really upset by the way she treated us. Kreations is Fantastic When I go up to Visit Chico I ALWAYS go into Kreations! I just love it their and the atmosphere to wonderful. Right as you walk in some will ask you if you need any help, and once you have found what you are looking for and try it on. Another lady working there will always comment on how cute/pretty you look, and will also help find something else that will suit you! My favorite store I absolutely love this store. I happened upon it a few years ago while in Chico visiting my in-laws. It was a great experience. I receive the best customer service and they pick out things that are my style. The have a variety of prices in the store which makes it nice. I get excited every time we make plans to head to Chico because I know I will be heading downtown to Kreations!
Who does this woman think she is? This store is a joke. Like everyone else in Chico, I agree that the owner is a terrible person. She stalks you around the store until you buy something, then calls you every week to tell you you should come back and buy more. I should have never given her my phone number when she asked for it! I will definitely never go back in there and will be shopping online or in Sacramento for my jeans.
False Advertisement I never shop Kreations because many of my friends have had really bad experiences with their service. I made the mistake of going in the other day because there was a girl handing out 20% off coupons in front of the store. I tried on a few pairs of jeans and decided on a pair of $200 Hudsons. When I went to the counter to make my purchase, the owner informed me that the coupon was good for everything in the store except the exact pair of jeans I wanted to buy. I love this boutique and the owners! I have never been to the Kreations in Chico but I am a regular in the Redding store. Kudos to the owners!! I have had the greatest pleasure of having the wife and husband help me. I have always been greeted as soon as I walk through the door of Kreations. When I have no idea exactly what I am wanting, the owners have been able to find me amazingly wonderful pieces.
