Kreations Clothing I had a very bad experience there. I bought a pair of pants for $257 and needed to exchange it for one size larger. You only have 7 days to do an exchange and it was the 9th day. The owner wouldn't let it slide. She was very rude about it. They are over priced! Your better off going to Sacramento and buying from someone that would appreciate your hard earned money! Thanks for nothing
Great Experience!!! I have been to Kreations several times. I have always had a great experience! The staff is very knowlegable on the latest fashions. I always learn something new when i am there. They know how to dress my body type. I think its great! The denim is not overpriced at all I have checked that out myself. Honestly, I get a great deal for the money! I feel like I'm shopping in LA or New York when I am in Kreations. I would definately recommend this store! And I hear there is even a second store in Redding!
DON'T EVER SHOP HERE. THE OWNER IS CRAZY. This store is so bad. A fat guy and crazy old lady own it and they don't care about there customers. Last time I bought jeans from there I tried them on, but didn't look in the pockets until I got them home. I found a credit card receipt and ATM receipt in the back pocket, meaning they have been warn by someone else and USED. Horrendous Customer service Horrible!!! The owner was extremely rude, I have never been treated this way in any business in Chico. I went in because the zipper of a dress we bought broke two days later after my daughter tried it on. She basically accused us of messing up the zipper because she said doesn't sell defective merchandise. I was really upset by the way she treated us. RUDE,RUDE, RUDE Seriously to all of you Chico girls, this store is the defintition of "Inflation." The owner over prices all of her merchandise. Seriously you're so much better off going to Sac or SF for your denim needs. Better yet, do like me, and go into Kreations to try the jeans on. THen order them on line through the actual company. Kreations is Fantastic When I go up to Visit Chico I ALWAYS go into Kreations! I just love it their and the atmosphere to wonderful. Right as you walk in some will ask you if you need any help, and once you have found what you are looking for and try it on. Another lady working there will always comment on how cute/pretty you look, and will also help find something else that will suit you! Needs Fulfilled I went into Kreations looking for a dress for my friends wedding. I was greeted upon entering the store and after looking around for a few minutes one of the sales girls asked what I was looking for. I'm a picky person I need a dress that was dressy but not looking like I was going to prom. It also couldn't be black, white or yellow. She helped me find the perfect dress for a reasonable price. False Advertisement I never shop Kreations because many of my friends have had really bad experiences with their service. I made the mistake of going in the other day because there was a girl handing out 20% off coupons in front of the store. I tried on a few pairs of jeans and decided on a pair of $200 Hudsons. When I went to the counter to make my purchase, the owner informed me that the coupon was good for everything in the store except the exact pair of jeans I wanted to buy. I love this boutique and the owners! I have never been to the Kreations in Chico but I am a regular in the Redding store. Kudos to the owners!! I have had the greatest pleasure of having the wife and husband help me. I have always been greeted as soon as I walk through the door of Kreations. When I have no idea exactly what I am wanting, the owners have been able to find me amazingly wonderful pieces.
