Have had black mold in my apparently for severak years now and reported flooding issues they won’t fix since 2008. Never rest from them they are terrible and greedy.
I rented from KRE in Haverhill MA and had a great experience. They were responsive for repairs, flexible with move in, and my unit was in a good condition, and it was easy to book viewings. Blaise and Veronica were very professional
KRE has been nothing but accommodating with us, from touring the unit, application process, communicating the move in, to maintenance requests during our stay. They're upfront and quick to respond to any questions we had. When we moved out, it was straightforward and easy process. All of these were because how helpful and responsive Blaise was. Thank you so much for the great stay! Highly recommend!
DO NOT RENT FROM KRE. 0/5 stars. My fiancé and I had our apartment building taken over by KRE, and it has been the absolute worst experience. Our only heating/cooling systems are the two mini splits in the unit, and they haven’t worked since the summer. We have been without heat for the entire winter minus 1 week of it intermittently working. Our apartment consistently dips to or below 60 degrees. I have been working with Chelsey, and more recently Tammy, and they are rock stars!! Finding a new place to call home is always such a difficult process but I have had the best experience ever. Highly recommend if you want quality service, great communication, and the friendliest people you will ever work with! 10/10!
