Renting from this company is a JOKE- The unit was not fresh and clean for us as a new tenant (walls were not freshly painted, rugs were not deep cleaned, previous tenant left behind a broken gym in the basement along with shrimp shells) The landlord was hard to catch as well- there were mold issues that was never addressed until years later- they also did the worst job the first time around and then when the issue was addressed, they did the worst paint job. Trying to find our first apartment since moving to Maine. They were very nice over the phone and seemed professional, I received an email detailing our showing. The first sign that something was off occurred with the email, the apartment I had reached out to view was listed at $1700 but the email stated it was $1850. I decided not to question it. If you are being kind, joyous and respectful, they are surely going to help you. If you are frustrated or in a bad mood and be rude to those working here, expect the same attitude from them too. They are a bit understaffed, so those working here are really busy and have a lot of things to do and sometimes they do forget doing your work, just by sending them soft reminders, your work will be surely done.
