If you are being kind, joyous and respectful, they are surely going to help you. If you are frustrated or in a bad mood and be rude to those working here, expect the same attitude from them too. They are a bit understaffed, so those working here are really busy and have a lot of things to do and sometimes they do forget doing your work, just by sending them soft reminders, your work will be surely done.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews but this situation has my husband and I thoroughly disgusted. We scheduled an appointment to view a rental at 8 Pebble Ln in Sanford and the empty unit was never cleaned. It was beyond filthy and the smell was gross. The pictures used in the ad were definitely not of the unit we looked at. We were in and out of there in less than two minutes. This company operates in a less than ethical or honest way. Do not lease from them. They always find a way to try and keep your deposit. Never return calls and claim they haven't received calls or letters. King Weinstein should be investigated for unscrupulous business operations. The negative reviews here are further evidence of KRE's history and reputation

I highly recommend staying away from this company! I recently signed a lease with one of their properties in Portland. The unit is lovely, but the management is AWFUL. Messy move in process. The team is very hard to get ahold of as well. No one seems to be on the same page about anything. I would not recommend!
