Trying to find our first apartment since moving to Maine. They were very nice over the phone and seemed professional, I received an email detailing our showing. The first sign that something was off occurred with the email, the apartment I had reached out to view was listed at $1700 but the email stated it was $1850. I decided not to question it. If you are being kind, joyous and respectful, they are surely going to help you. If you are frustrated or in a bad mood and be rude to those working here, expect the same attitude from them too. They are a bit understaffed, so those working here are really busy and have a lot of things to do and sometimes they do forget doing your work, just by sending them soft reminders, your work will be surely done.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews but this situation has my husband and I thoroughly disgusted. We scheduled an appointment to view a rental at 8 Pebble Ln in Sanford and the empty unit was never cleaned. It was beyond filthy and the smell was gross. The pictures used in the ad were definitely not of the unit we looked at. We were in and out of there in less than two minutes.
