Highly don’t recommend renting from these people, they have a low rating for a reason. In our lease agreement it shows our apartment building as NO SMOKING on the property, yet our very own property manager who lives in the same building smokes indoors. We have constantly been having problems with someone in our building smoking, yet it seems nothing has been done about it. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel people should know what they may be getting into before renting here. First red flag was the showing itself. I made an appointment through Zillow to see the apartment. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm and ask about parking. I got bounced back and forth between the office and different people just to confirm the meeting. Have had black mold in my apparently for severak years now and reported flooding issues they won’t fix since 2008. Never rest from them they are terrible and greedy.
