I went to KRC in San Marcos twice last week. Both times I talked to the young woman at the help desk. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and rude costumer service in this industry. I asked if someone could guide me to pick some products for my yard projects and she told me I can go outside and look. There was zero effort to consult me or give me any kind of guidance.
