Unfortunately a 2-minute encounter with an otherwise pleasant sales (?) rep cost KRC my business. I asked one question, was confident in what I wanted, yet he proceeded to mansplain things I didn't need nor want to hear. Not only that, but he's telling me that all flagstone costs about the same. (Your price sheet indicates otherwise.) Yes, it's *that* annoying, even disrespectful, that I'm willing to pay a little more to go to a competitor. I went to KRC in San Marcos twice last week. Both times I talked to the young woman at the help desk. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and rude costumer service in this industry. I asked if someone could guide me to pick some products for my yard projects and she told me I can go outside and look. There was zero effort to consult me or give me any kind of guidance.
