This has the makings of a ghetto it's a shell of what it was one yr.ago .The supervisors are snotty ,you can understand why the slide down has happened after dealing with the glorified Supervisors. Park Terrace Apts.
I highly recommend Rich and Theresa for any real estate needs. They managed our property for close to 10 years and always had our best interests at heart and took great care of the property. When the time came to sell they were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We will be using them again for our next property purchase. Fantastic professionals and great people as well.
We dealt with Chris, who is EXTREMELY unreliable, incompetent, unprofessional!!!! We were supposed to move into a condo rental and he had no follow through. He said he would get the lease fixed, it never happened. He never followed through with the repairs/paint the day before we were supposed to move in, so our move in was delayed. My fiance and I couldn't believe how he is in the business because of how incompetent he is!!!
