Horrible leasing group, do not deal with these people. Zero flexibility and even gave us a dishonest “deep cleaning” service after our lease ended.

I signed a contract with a property managed by KRC in Dec 2021 and had multiple interactions during my one-year stay there till Dec 2022. Once you sign the contract, you will end up chasing them for 1. keys # they don't inform you how they will deliver keys till a day before. After lots of follow-ups, you will be notified that someone will come to deliver.
