Just left krazykracker’s place. Had brought my push mower to him because I couldn’t get it started - even after changing the spark plug. He was wonderful. First asked me what it was doing, asked some pointed questions after my explanation and got the mower from my car. After trying to start it and looking at a few things, he took the cover off the air filter, sprayed some stuff (brake fluid?) in it, then started the mower up! It started! My rider was not starting and had a suspected safety switch issue. Troy could not have been nicer and easier to get along with. You are not going to find a more honest guy. Turned out it was just the battery. Got it swapped out he didn't even charge me for his time. That is unbelievable today. I had a Greenworks pressure washer that had stopped working. I brought it to Troy, and luckily he had recently become a warranty center for Greenworks. Troy checked it out and found that it was unrepairable. He was able to get me a brand new machine. Troy is professional and friendly, and his service was outstanding! I highly recommend him!
