I requested a mani/pedi when I walked in. After the pedicure the girl had me wait for over an hour for the manicure. When I asked when someone was going to do it she stated she did not know I wanted a manicure. She continued to make me wait another 25 minutes. There was a notice that said “please tip in cash”. I had cash for the tip. When the girl asked me to pay her before painting my nails I gave her my debit card and my cash. LuLu the owner stated rudely that I had to pay all in cash. Got the best pedicure in the world from here months ago and I come back every few weeks never disappointed. Punctual, knowledgeable and pleasing each and every time without hiccup!!! I love Krazy Nails and intend to be a long time client!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!
