Wish I had a better experience. My first tattoo there I love but my second was completely messed up and is now a huge scar of a tattoo which I wasn't refunded and was never fixed... The only thing I got after spending so much money there was a half assed apology and nothing more... my tattoo was very important to me but sadly it is ruined....
