This is our second time here and the items are enjoyable, but the customer “no-service” is just that! Both times they staff seemed and where perceived to be very notably annoyed at my presence and me making up my mind on what to order. From when I first walked in the staff made me feel like I didn’t belong there. Latest experience at Kraft Dog is today, 08/10/2026 at 2:55 pm. Based on their “customer service”, I definitely DO NOT recommend Krazy Dog, specifically the 1960 location! Do better!!!
Their Korean dog is out of this world and presentation on par!
