After a brief search online I luckily decided to make my first call to Kravitz and Son Roofing to solve an ice dam problem that looked like it might be getting bad enough to cause leaks. I called Jay late on a Thursday afternoon and they were here on Saturday morning. Less than 3 hours later our roof was completely clear.
