What a great place to get fit and have fun. I recently moved to the area and did my research on gyms and fitness studios. I was looking for a place where I could workout on gym equipment and also do some fitness classes and possibly a yoga class. Most places did one or the other and the ones that appeared to do both, their websites were lacking any real information (like a timetable of classes or membership pricing). Being part of Krave is a game-changer; I'm showing up for myself every day! Shereen's energy is infectious, and the women in the classes are not just workout buddies; they're like family.
