The bartender Josh is awesome, and the atmosphere is sublimely chill. The teas are strong, and the people are generally very friendly. If you haven't tried kava or kratom, come in after a light meal and buy the krush, a combo of the two. It will give you a sense of well being, sociability, energy and bliss for hours. I haven't experienced Krave yet, but I think it's an encouraging trend for a growing segment of the U.S. market to like drinks for how they make you FEEL and not for how they TASTE. Of course, beer and Scotch whiskey are acquired tastes, too, so there is a precedent. Americans need to chill out, without getting drunk, so I'm all for kava and kratom drinks. Can't wait to see the Krave!
I know it's my place, but I LOVE kava so much!! And, the bar looks so good and the sound is so chill.
