He is very helpful ?..i am very satisfied of his work?
My children have been patients of Dr. Krauss for many years. He has a private practice and it can get very busy. However, I wait patiently for good care. I have never had any problems with him or his staff. He is very thorough in examining the children and gives detailed explanations on your child's condition. Dr. Krauss also makes sure a followup appointment is made if necessary. I will continue taking my children to his office as long as he practices medicine.
I have been taking both my boys to Dr. krauss for 3 years now, since they were both newborns, both my husband and I love him, I was once on Vacation and my son needed medication, just one phone call and they took care of it, Ive never had problems getting an appointment or walking in when my boys are sick, staff is very helpful and Dr. krauss is great, I would highly reccomend him and this clinic.
firstly staff are very bad especially Erica .I had an appointment for my daughter 4 months old but when i walked in they said that i do not have appointment for that day i have to come back.People who came after me without the appointment are being taken care of the same day even though it is not an emergency.The Doctor i even spoke to him he is like i have to come back again he is not aware of what is going on just follows the employees.i definitely do not recommend
I do not recommend,If i have enough time and space i would have definitely explained my worst experience with this doctor,staff and the little hospital ,i think the only reason people are going there is because it is in the neighbourhood. But please make a better choice do not look for the miles
