I've gone to Dr Hal for years and won't switch, although when he was unavailable I did go to his partner, Mike O'Connor and got the same level of care. From routine cleaning to more intensive stuff, you come out with a feeling of confidence.
Dr. Krauseneck is very personable, very compassionate and gentle. I have never liked going to a dentist, so after moving away from my dentist of 30+ years, I was a little hesitent. However, I am very happy with the recommendation of Dr. Krauseneck. His staff is very professional and nice. The Insurance matters are taken care of effortlessley, and accurately. They acommodate after hour visits for their working patients. I cannot say enough!
He is very personable and makes you feel at ease. His staff are all first rate and very pleasant. Everyone there seems to have a genuine interest in how you are. Good experiences overall.
