We were at Pecan Park in San Marcos, TX with a full wall slide that would not move in. Derek helped us get the slide in so we could move on to Florida. We were on the road within 1/2 hour. Great guy; highly recommend his services.
Thorough and prompt. Got the job done quickly on the first visit - he had everything he needed. Definitely more convenient and economical than hauling into a repair shop and leaving it for weeks. Also provided good estimates on other work I'm considering without any hard sell. Will definitely call Krause to do any other work I need in the future.
Hands down the nicest and most experienced RV/ 5th wheel repairman. I highly recommend him over any other service! He will travel to Guadalupe, Comal, Bexar counties.
