The elevator 'was out' and he sat on the stairs with my Mom and I and had a discussion that helped with my family needs. It was awesome for him to make that accommodation. I think highly of Dr. Krause.
I have been a patient of Dr. Krauses for over 10 years and he is just wonderful. He truly cares and offers great advice when asked. He is a thoughtful listener and remembers prior conversations even though we only see each other once a year. Love that about him.

Nonfeasance: I left several messages for Dr. Krause after being referred by my daughter's GP. We were in desperate need of help, which I emphasized in all of my messages to Dr. Krause, who never bothered to reply. When a mother calls with concerns about her daughter and has a referral from a physician, don't you think that warrants attention? I'm sure he wouldn't dismiss a patient's bill as easily as he dismisses calls for help.
I cannot give Dr. Krause a higher recommendation. He is an incredible "brain chemist" and a compassionate Dr. His commitment to me and my health is amazing.
I have been seeing Dr Krause for many years. Yesterday after leaving my appt I realized what a caring doctor Dr Krause truly is. Whenever I have been in distress in the past he has returned my call and been very empathetic offering potential solutions. I would defiantely advise anyone seeking a quality doctor that takes care of patients to contact him. Paul
