We spent $21,000 on a truck at Krause. The AC stopped working on the way home from the dealership. They had us bring it back, and supposedly fixed it. It only worked for a couple of days, then stopped again. We emailed the sales guy, and got no response. This morning, when we started it, it was making awful noise and vibrating. Made a saturday appt. for a grinding noise on the f-150 when making turns. Took it to Cherokee Ford they diagnosed it and had the problem fixed the same day. They called a few days later to follow up to make sure the issue had not occured again. Very easy going!
I had used this dealership for all my service needs. On two occasions I was not happy with their service. The 3rd time was the final straw. I needed a check engine service. They told me I had fluid in a cylander and my block was cracked. The repair would be over $3000 or I could just drive it until it died. Neither of these answers was acceptable to me. I took it to a private repair and all I needed was an injector - no fluid in the cylander - no crack! I will never go back.
