Very nice folks. Only downside is it took about three hours to get down to an acceptable price with lots of negotiation.
Wendy at Abra (collision center) was truly amazing, and made the process so easy for me. Other than drop my car off and pick it up, I didn’t need to do anything else. She coordinated with my insurance company and the rental car company and took care of everything. Plus, she is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! The techs did a great job, too! My car looks great. While I don’t want to go back to Abra, it’s great knowing that you guys are there should I need to!
Starting with Hannah, who I contacted about selling my truck to Krause, asked me a few questions as to what my goals were. She then had Stacey call me and identified a few vehicles that matched my desires. She was polite and thorough. As we negotiated she brought Todd to the desk.
