He turned my, in his words, “easy fix” into two visits worth of pain just to find out from another dentist, that there is no tooth left to save. I’ll now need it pulled.
I had a really bad toothache and a broken tooth.Had 2 root canals started. Waited for call for my crown to be ready.Never received a call. On many occasions,I have been told that messages were left or not able to get a hold of me. I checked,nothing. I pay OOP and rarely receive my statements.I stopped going.Very uncaring.Also,root canals were painful and he’s old school.However,explains procedures well.
I would not recommend anyone visit this dentist office. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I scheduled a 9:45 am appointment and the day before the recep.left a vm saying my apt was at 9:45, howeverthey had openings at 9-9:15 if I would like to come earlier. It was after hours when I checked my vm so I left the apt at 9:45. I showed up to my apt at 9:25 and was told to reschedule because I was late. I refused to reschedule so the receptionist closed the window in my face. Rude!
