Truly a joke of an Dr. and office. They will schedule you and then call you to cancel the day of, after you wait weeks/month to get in. They did this not once, not twice, but three times! If you are having any problems that you need to see an ENT for I wouldn't waste your time waiting on these people.
Never got a chance to go. Our appointment was rescheduled 3 times by Krause and at that point I'm not going to give it another chance
Dr. Krause is probably a great ENT but the experience I had with an appointment has allowed me to NEVER attempt to go again. I was given an appointment at 1:30 p.m. and was told that I did not have to be there 15 minutes early just to be there at 1:30. Well I was there at 1:27 p.m., set there for about 15 minutes, and no one was at the desk but a sign in with a note to sign in and have a seat.
