We had an amazing experience with Matt and the Kraus team. From the initial discussion about what we were looking for to the final hand off day, everything was smooth and efficient. Trade teams showed up on time as scheduled and everyone maintained a clean and organized working environment. We are happy with the work and would certainly use Kraus again for future projects.
We had a great experience working with Kraus Remodeling to design and install a basement bar in our Manassas, VA home. I called and spoke with the receptionist 2 weeks ago, filled out the requested forms, waited and waited didn’t hear back from them, called several more times finally got up with the receptionist again - who apologized and “set a phone meeting” with the owner to give me a quote - but I would have to wait until the next week - well the day came and went and never heard from the owner - not worth my time to fight for them to earn my business.
I’m a repeat customer with Matt Kraus Remodeling. Matt and his team were prompt and courteous. They did an amazing job on our living room renovations such as; interior painting with trim, new light fixtures, ceiling fan installation as well as revamping a rather dated pellet stove/fireplace insert with new custom made mantel piece. Previous projects Kraus Remodeling gave two completed new looks for two bathrooms, new gutters, windows and a new roof.
