I called and spoke with the receptionist 2 weeks ago, filled out the requested forms, waited and waited didn’t hear back from them, called several more times finally got up with the receptionist again - who apologized and “set a phone meeting” with the owner to give me a quote - but I would have to wait until the next week - well the day came and went and never heard from the owner - not worth my time to fight for them to earn my business.
I’m a repeat customer with Matt Kraus Remodeling. Matt and his team were prompt and courteous. They did an amazing job on our living room renovations such as; interior painting with trim, new light fixtures, ceiling fan installation as well as revamping a rather dated pellet stove/fireplace insert with new custom made mantel piece. Previous projects Kraus Remodeling gave two completed new looks for two bathrooms, new gutters, windows and a new roof. Had a dishwasher leak and it ruined my hard wood floor in the kitchen. Called Kraus Remodeling and Matt came to give an estimate. He was very prompt and listened to all of our needs. He was here every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the results. Thanks Matt for making these old floors shine again. Could not be happier with the results.
