It's shocking that they missed so many things that were wrong with my house. Had I known all the things that needed repair, I could have negotiated a much lower price. Not happy!
Incompetent inspection, save your money- they missed some obvious items that cost me thousands. I would not have purchased the Home if they did their job. I lived in another state and could not attend the inspection. They missed water stains on the ceiling which led to leaks in the roof. They missed 2 kitchen burners not working, and missed HVAC issues. They came back to "assess" the situation. What they really came back for was to find excuses why the inpection was incompetent.
