Absolutely horrible company. They have been putting a bridge at the end of our driveway and have had our driveway blocked multiple times and tell us to drive in the ditch to get around. On top of that one of the dump trucks hit my neighbor and they wouldnt do anything about it and on top of that the day before Labor Day weekend they cut out Internet wires in MULTIPLE places and then just buried it and act like nothing happened. Absolutely shitty people!!!!
I have been a sub contractor for KA for 17 years now. They are a pleasure to work for. Recently I have had issues with a particular superintendent who thinks he knows how to do my job better than I. I was told by a job superintendent to paint over dirt and dust. I was also told I am not able to blow off the surface. This property let's people park on sight for a fee. I used a parking app paid for parking $5. Arriving to the lot their machine would not scan the qr code proving I had payd and registered a spot already. Machine only repets to take a ticket. So I did. On the way out I spoke to a building attendant and asked about my issue. The attendant said on the way out give the Machine the ticket then it will allow you to scan your code to leave since i paid in advance. This was not ture. Somebody in a dodge ram with your name on it just cut me off and SLAMMED on the brakes in front of me no care for anyone else on the road. Just to make a exit while they were texting and driving.
living next to one of their projects and they have people working on Labor day. We had planned a get together with family but are now cancelling. Having these guys work despite the project being ahead of schedule. Overall they don't seem to care about the people living around a project. Just about getting it done.
