I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I have only experienced one procedure with this doctor, however, I was impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

The first time I met with Dr Kraus, I thought he was abrupt and condescending. As I spent time with him, I learned that he was just focused on finding the best way to help me. He answered all my questions and made me feel as if I were his only worry. When he gave me nerve blocks, they seemed to be very well done, no pain and usually good results. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes
