My young daughter and I are both patients - treated for food allergies, environmental allergies, asthma, and eczema between the two of us. Both the Odessa and NPR locations are great. Friendly front desk staff, great selection of appointment dates and times, efficient office visits. Dr Kratz and APRN Tina are both fantastic practitioners - very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining reports and treatment plans. I can't say enough great things about Kratz Allergy! Dr. Kratz is incredibly knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and always makes sure you're comfortable with your treatment plan. Every visit, the team is so welcoming and kind. They greet me with a smile and are always happy to answer any questions I have, no matter how small. Their warm, professional approach makes each weekly visit something I genuinely look forward to. Highly recommend this group for anyone looking for top-notch allergy care!
