Dawn did a wonderful job with the PFT
I have been going to Kratz Allergy for 4 years and have seen a decline over the past year or so in the customer service and quality of care. It feels very transactional and there has been seemingly a lot of turnover (not sure if moving to new locations or just leaving) so many new faces who don’t seem to be well versed in the operation. My young daughter and I are both patients - treated for food allergies, environmental allergies, asthma, and eczema between the two of us. Both the Odessa and NPR locations are great. Friendly front desk staff, great selection of appointment dates and times, efficient office visits. Dr Kratz and APRN Tina are both fantastic practitioners - very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining reports and treatment plans.
