I love working out at Kratos. Our trainer provides us encouragement and caters to our needs. This has improved my overall health and well being. They make sure that you are doing the exercise correctly to get the most benefit possible. It is like a family. I always look forward to going.

I can’t say enough good things about Kratos! The group workouts are challenging, fun, and keep me motivated. Every time I walk through the doors, the environment is truly unmatched. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. The coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. They’ve created a positive, motivating atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back. I highly recommend Kratos to anyone looking for an incredible place to train!

Not a “look at me” environment. Lots of sweat from earnest participants want to improve to a higher level of fitness and performance.

My son works out at Kratos and he has had an amazing experience. The trainers develop positive relationships with their athletes and push them to do their best. My son’s strength, power, and explosiveness have improved alot and has made him more confident on the court and field. Everyone that is training in the building has a positive attitude and it just makes a great overall atmosphere to grow as an athlete
