We have had an excellent experience at Kratos in south Lincoln. Ryan does a fantastic job creating workouts that are challenging, motivating, and tailored to your fitness level. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and makes every session enjoyable. My son has been working out with Nate, and it’s been great to see his confidence, strength, and athleticism continue to grow.
