I have never stuck with work outs. Ever. But I hit the point where I needed to make a change and I’m so thankful I did that with the team at Kratos. More than a year later, I’ve never felt better about my body. A very friendly gym environment surrounded by trainers with lots of experience. You can tell the staff truly cares about their clients and everyone at the gym is so motivating. From someone who is not a gym rat…..just take the leap and stop in and see for yourself!

You’re not going to find a better atmosphere or energy for a workout! Had a great workout led by Ryan and Alyssa, and you can’t ask for a better, brutally good session. Drove from Omaha, and I’ll do it again. If you’re looking for a place to better yourself and humble you in the best way, find Kratos!
