I have been going to this group since maybe 2019/20. I would never go elsewhere. Dr. Luke is amazing-- ten fold. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. And I have to say that I have never waited more than 7 to 8 minutes to be called in, and of course if you are having your eyes dilated it's not a 5 minute process, so maybe 30 minutes is ok, and as far as billing goes, they let me know up front my charges, so that should not be an issue. You should already know you deductible and co-pay. You owe what you owe.

my treatment at the center re was excellent as was my doctor and the shoddy treatment was by a frustrated old lady receptionist at this particular location. just make sure u go to another location --- there are 3. Stay away-- use extortion practices for payment-- no appointments until you pay what you owe-- no warning, no payment policy at the start, no discussion, no payment plan- suddenly on day of appointment- even if you are making regular payments.

The doctors are great and the office staff is professional and courteous. However appointment times are a mere suggestion. I’ve waited with my dad well over 30 minutes past our appointment time. While I understand things can happen, it makes it a hard trip on a senior citizen. The reason we chose Krates is because it was closer than the VA, but we have waited just as long as we would at the Hines.
