UPDATE: Current 2024/5/6: Receptionist Mandy is a narcissistic and rude woman. She then writes what arguments SHE causes in your notes where Brenda later chastises you. She cannot answer simple questions without jumping to conclusions and when you politely- like a normal human - correct the perception- she blows up and is accusatory, hangs up on you, refuses to let you make appointments or get in contact with Brenda etc. My sister has recently encountered this ridiculousness as well.
