Multiple terrible experiences. I used to be a greenfield health patient and this group absorbed that practice. They “misplaced” all my medical records when I tried to schedule an appointment to refill my prescription. Their receptionist made me stay on the phone with her for 25 min while she “tried to figure out the new computer system”. This is first negative review I have ever written of a doctors office. If you need medication management for ADHD do not go here. They require you to contact the doctors office every month to get your prescription and the staff is incompetent. Routinely, 6+ times in a year, the staff will take a week or longer to fill the request or send the incorrect prescription, or send it to the incorrect pharmacy.
