Don came by to quote me on a new HVAC system. Super nice man and very knowledgeable. Spent quite a bit of time going over my current system and found some original construction issues he can fix to make my home more comfortable (without breaking the bank). Gave me 5 quotes from basic to high end with the good and bad of each. Educated me on my current system and even said some of it was still good and didn't need to be replaced (saving me a ton). I have been a customer of Krantz for a lot of years. Krantz has always been a family business that treats customers professionally, respectfully and very fairly priced. My heat pump quit working correctly on February 23,2025. I had options to fix the over 10 year old heat pump or install a new unit. On February 24, 2025 I was presented four options for purchase all very fairly priced. I chose to Install a new unit.
