Thomas was great. He identified the problem. Gave me a solution. Came out on a holiday, 4th of July, on a Friday. Really appreciated that. Parts have to be ordered. Krantz installed my ac/gas equipment back in 2020. Didn't think I needed to get an extended warranty on Trane equipment but even the best equipment can have issues. Probably should've gotten one.
Chris was great! Super friendly, respectful and professional—explained everything clearly and did his thing. Highly recommend him if you need AC work done!
