Derek was an excellent technician in every respect. Honest, punctual, great communication. I can’t say enough about him. Fixed the problem right away on a 100 degree day. Amazing. This was after another company to be nameless tried to convince me to spend well over 10k to replace an entire home system that was not necessary. Highly recommended Krantz Kooning and Heating.
