I had some overspray issues when I picked up my new Jeep from the dealership on 04/24/2019, so they recommended Kram's to take care of the issue. The vehicle was picked up around 1000 on 04/25/2019. I was told pickup would be 0830-0930 so that time wasn't far off. Upon pickup I was told it would be about 2 hours to take care of the service. I called roughly 4 hours later asking for a new time estimate and update to which I was told possibly about an hour and that I would be called back soon with an accurate estimate.
