Mike Kramar has been to our home to repair or diagnose our garage door several times over the years. He just left today and I must say this guy is a professional in so many ways. Part of our problem was storm damage, but part of our problem was a botched job by another company just a year ago when a contractor working in our home called another service for help when the garage door wouldn't open, and we were out of town.
