Absolutely terrible home owners association!! If you're considering them, DON'T. Kramer Triad/Associa does nothing other than take your money. Our HOA has been trying to get a meeting scheduled for over 2 years AND we have no residents on the board when we should have a few! You all should be ashamed of yourselves, all we want is a meeting!!!
By getting the new recycling bins we were promised a few months ago. I have a theory. No one actually works there.
Worst association ever They wasting our time for small thing every time I have to call ten times before and couple I of weeks to resolve the probleme
HORRID business practices and customer service. they have five different phone numbers that ring into a call center; unable to reach a live person; not response, and it takes weeks to get a simple job done. NOT happy when I'm paying for a service.
