I would love to be able to give more stars however, twice I’ve been told Kramer would come by my house to quote me on landscaping services and twice no one has shown up. No one answers the phone or calls back when voicemails are left. And we are past customers that have spent money with Kramer. Very disappointing
I wouldn’t use these people. Numerous attempts to reach out with no response after having confirmed appointment. They clearly don’t want the money or care about people’s needs or time. Don’t waste your time.
They do a good job IF you can get them to do the work. I've never had to beg a company to take my money and do a job like Kramer. I guess it's a sign business is good, but we'll be looking elsewhere for our landscape needs.
I have had Kramer services for over 20 years and at different locations. They do an excellent job on all areas of landscaping and property services
