Incredibly sharp and truly cares about her patients deeply. Highly recommend Dr. Kramer - a wonderful medical provider and all-around human.
She misdiagnosed me and mis-treated me for months with bogus expensive infusions. The proper diagnosis was extremely obvious for her field of expertise if only she had bothered to test for it. Waste of time, waste of money, unnecessary pain and suffering.
I went to Dr Kramer for a low iron problem she saw me and gave me iron infusions for a few months she is a caring person and keeps you updated on all your test results. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Rachel Kramer has the patience of a saint, efficiency of a professional and the knowledge of a pro. It is only because of Dr. Kramer’s high level of service that I expend the time to trek out to her NYC office.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Rachel Kramer for the first time at the wonderful American Infusion Center office located in the Manhattan borough, Despite restrictions and limitations in today's healthcare arena, she takes the time to listen to her patients and her genuine care is evident and clearly does show. In summary, a dedicated, effervescent and considerate oncologist/hematologist like Dr. Kramer deserves an honorary plateau.
Funny and caring! Rachel helped me with an iron deficiency problem and didn't just give me the infusion and move on, she kept in touch and cared through and through.
