Kelly installed a new kitchen sink as part of our kitchen counter replacement project. Arrived on time -& finished rapidly...perfect job. We then asked him to return on another day to install a water line to.our Samsung fridge for the ice maker we'd never used in the 3 years we we'd had the fridge! It was a complicated job, but he persisted and now we've got ice! Kelly's going to be our go-to plumberfrim now on, should we ever need more service in our old house!
I was out of the country when I received a call saying that my sump pump had quit. I did have an emergency sump pump but it is imperative that the main electrical pump works. I called Kelly on Monday morning and he said he could get to my place on Wednesday and would text me Tuesday to firm up a time. Tuesday afternoon he text saying he would be at my place at Wednesday at 1 pm. He was on time on Wednesday and had a new pump installed 2 hours later. Kelly is one of the only tradesman I've worked with that I trust 100%. I've had such bad experiences with other plumbers in the past and have been using Kelly for the last five or so years (my family uses him as well). Kelly always responds promptly, he leaves the space clean, explains exactly what the problem is and how to fix it. I never ever worry that I'm getting ripped off when dealing with Kelly. Kelly is a lifesaver. He attended on short notice and resolved the issues we'd been having. Super clean workspace, fantastic work, and very fair pricing. I'd HIGHLY recommend Kelly and do so without any reservation whatsoever.
