RecommendedI woke up today to a water heater with hot water practically gushing out around the rusted bottom seam. I called around, and one of the several plumbing companies who were too busy to help me recommended Kramer. I called and they had someone in my area who could be there soon! It took about an hour for them to remove our 23 year old oversized tank and put in a nice new normal-sized one. Barry was very nice and personable, too -- as was his helper who arrived later to take the old one away, Michael. I'd use them again!
