Had a hip cartilage labral tear resection. During surgery he fractured my hip and also put a hole through my remaining cartilage. I was not told of any of these complications. I found out 3 years later when I was still limping and went to another physician and had a hip arthragram with dye. when I went to him there was nothing online negative. Now, all I see is negative. BEWARE! I am writing this warning about Dr. Kramer's deceptive business practices. Dr. Kramer may be a great surgeon, but there are many other qualified and excellent surgeons who are honest and forthright and transparent in their business practices. I will give details but first, let me say that I would probably have given Dr. Kramer a 4* if it were not for the dishonesty. Was this provider friendly? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I have used Dr. Kramer for an ACL Knee surgery. He is OUTSTANDING! I would never go to anyone else. Not only does he provide the best care and terrific outcomes for long term results, but he is the most ethical doctor around. You can't go wrong with Dr. Kramer.

After 5 Orthopedic surgeons,I have finally found one I can trust...this doctor is the smartest, most cutting edge doctor I have been to...besides that he is incredibly nice, patient and has a fabulous sense of humor. He definitely won me over! And after all I have been through, that takes a LOT!

I can't say enough good stuff about Dr Kramer - he has looked after me so well (I had some other medical complications following ski accident- he has made sure that these have been followed up ) and I had surgery last week (ACL reconstruction) He and his staff are very patient - focused and Dr Kramer himself has a great approach and super sense of humour. Can't recommend him highly enough!
