I have made several trips to the Frankfort store and most have been acceptable; not good or friendly, but acceptable. The last three times I was in I had to deal with an extremely unfriendly and unpleasant man at the rear desk. Two out of the three times, including MY VERY LAST TRIP to this store, I ended up with the wrong part/component that required me to return to find the correct part MYSELF. On that last visit when I checked out I complained about both the indifference and poor attitude of the employee. Both of the fema... read more
