Excellent Dentist – i rarely give reviews but after reading the last two I felt compelled to write this one. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Kramer for over the past five years. He is an excellent dentist who shows great pride and passion for his profession. He has always been courteous and pleasant. He is extremely efficient and careful. Incredibly rude and terrible experience overall – If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would never recommend that anyone choose Dr. Barry Kramer as his/her dentist. He could not care less about the patient, incredibly thoughtless, and beyond rude. While the hygienist and reception were always fine at this office, the dentist himself was not just the worst dentist I've ever encountered but truly a rude person overall. I am taking my business elsewhere and I highly recommend that you do the same.
Worst Dental Experience Of My Life! They run a filling factory – It is always scary finding a new dentist, so I hoped I had chosen well with Kramer. Upon calling to book my very first appointment, I was snubbed by the receptionest who told me there would be a three month wait for my first checkup. Three months later I arrived and stood in front of the desk for five minutes before anyone even looked up to greet me. I was escorted into the exam room for x rays and a cleaning.
