John and his team did an amazing job. Relocated condenser, installed new units (both furnace and AC) in a single day. Work was clean and efficient. I had noticed that one of the line sets was sticking out and mentioned it to the crew. They adjusted it without any complaints. Great work and would use again.
Called Kramer, as a new customer, when my furnace did not start. A repair technician was at my home in 24 hours, immediately determining the problem. He picked up the part and I was up and running! John was very courteous as was the technician. Highly recommend.
Arrived on time and repaired my heater issue.
Kramer Heating and Cooling installed a new Rheem central air conditioning unit at my home and also my brother’s home. They were reasonably priced, the customer service was great and they were efficient and cleaned up all areas. I would highly recommend them.
