There was a misunderstanding with John and Nick in my intial service and I called John about it, John had Nick come back to my house the "very next day" and straighten everything out..FREE OF CHARGE!! John and his son Luke are excellent technicians and people. They have helped our family for many years. Highly recommend.
John was fantastic to work with. He repaired my AC and didn't try to upsell me into getting a new unit. Thinks of his customers first.
