Their billing department is terrible. My invoices were not correct, and then when I tried to take care of the invoice, Jennifer told me to wait until I received the correct one. I never received another invoice. Every time I called to follow up, Jennifer told me to hold off. Then I was turned over to collections, and Jennifer then claimed that she adjusted my account, and I should have paid it. When I tried to speak with Christy, I was told the account stands. We will never do business with them again.

Hi Tina- We sent statements to you on 9/5/17, 10/4/17, and 11/1/17 with the corrected amounts due. The last time you reached out to us in regards to the bill was 8/25/17. If you compare any of those statements with the EOBs from your insurance, you will see that all contractual adjustments were made to the services billed. - Jessica

Great place for wellness - chiropractic for prevention & treatment, best massages in town. Friendly, intelligent staff. Highly recommend to anyone!!!
