I recently had a meal at Grand Junction Subs and overheard a delivery driver talking with his manager about how he was treated when delivering to this location. I will NEVER shop at this location again as I am disgusted by what I heard. This boy was just doing his job delivering an order to the Mandan Kupper Chevrolet. Horrible experience. Saleman are very insulting. They will give you a low ball trade in value. They came up with every excuse as to why they won't give you what my car books out at. The excuse that they gave me was that no bank would finance my trade in to another customer because it had over 110,000 miles, so they could not give me the trade in value that was listed on Kelly Bluebook. i went down to Kupper Chevrolet and was looking at a 2011 chevy cruze i had priced a few out and this one was in the price range i was looking to spend so i emailed them and Jay Barchenger called me up about it. and i told him my what was going on and he said if i can get you financed would you want it i told him yes. so later that day he called me back and told me that it looks like he can do it when could i come down and look at the car. My salesman was Erik Olson. He was very pleasant and did a great job of explaining the options on the vehicles and got me in and out of there in a reasonable time. He was not "PUSHY" like some sales people, which was very important to me. Hate that HARD SELL stuff.

I recently had a vehicle stolen and was very upset thanks to my insurance company I was able to look for a brand new vehicle. First Stop Kupper Chevrolet in Manda, ND! Tho I went to many of the dealerships in both Bismarck and Mandan I was very happy with Kupper.
