We use them to cut our lawn in the summer and they've always been very reliable and do a good job. We also just hired them to seed the areas where we had stumps ground and we are very happy with the way it turned out!
Was looking to get 2 trees topped. I called and was told " Ill be out sometime next week". First off, a professional business gives you a date and time for said appt. He did not. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he never showed up. After several more voicemails and texts left, I finally reached him to which he he said "Ill be out this Saturday." They really do not know what they are doing. I wish I could fire them but the HOA hired them, probably because they were cheap compared to who they used before switching to this company. The last company did great work, these guys leave grass clippings on the ground, destroy shrubs and plants, didn’t mulch until June, and use chemicals that are not good for pollinators.
I fired my lawn crew and was looking for replacement. Two calls and two voice mails. Calls were never returned.
Seen the owner freak out on this teenager for pumping his gas to slow, then went to his truck and hit what I believe to be a meth pipe
